01. What is your Name / Class / Level:
Note: I applied to you guys back in February, but you said i lacked the gear to raid with you.  At the same time i was offered an invitation to Wataka which i took since I wanted to raid.

I was happy to stay where i was but then the guild pretty much fell apart and completely stopped raiding, so I would like to apply to you guys again.  I'm sure you wont find my gear lacking this time.

03. When can you normally play (days and times)? Be specific. If you say you play anytime after 5pm, we'll expect you to be on and ready to raid at 2AM every night of the week:
MWF 5:30-11 TR 8-11 Weekends various times (CST)
03a. Our raids are typically Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the evenings from 8:00pm to 11:00pm Server Time. Can you regularly attend these raids?
I have a class that ends at 8:00 on Tuesday so i'd be late, otherwise yes
04. What is your talent spec (eg. 41/20 Arms/Fury)?
61/10 Holy/Disc;  57/14 Shadow/Disc
Although, honestly i'm not 100% happy with my healing spec and plan to respec after evaluating some of the new talents.
05. What guilds have you (as a PLAYER, not just your current character) previously been in, how long was your stay, and why did you leave? If you have not left yet, why are you intending to leave?
Wataka, 4 months, the guild fell apart and stopped raiding
06. People in Psychosis that know you (if any), and how they know you:

07. Why did you choose that spec?
I prefer holy, though now with dual spec i get to also enjoy playing shadow occasionally which lets me pretend to be a good dps'er.
08. Are you interested in general membership or raiding? This has direct impact on how we handle your application. Please answer truthfully and with any details you feel are important.
raiding. Although i enjoy other aspects of the game, raiding is the most interesting to me personally
10. What kind of end-game raid experience do you have (BC and pre-BC as well)?

Seems like this is unlikely with dual spec now, right? But if it were important, sure i'd respec
14. Are you comfortable with constructive criticism? We frequently evaluate our members performance and from time to time ask members to revise their spec or skill rotations to maximize their potentia
I encourage it. I'm absolutely sure I dont know everything about my class yet (especially shadow spec with dual spec)
15. Why are you applying? What about Psychosis appeals to you, and why should we take you in? What do you hope to achieve with Psychosis?
Same as before, your attitude towards real life events and allowing people with busy schedules to still be able to raid.

I Raided regularly with Wataka in Naxx and Maly until they stopped. Limited TBC raiding, when i used to play other games i did extensive mid-high end raiding (yeah i know it only sort of applies).
21. Do you have any WWS logs we could take a look at? If yes please provide links to a few.
